Where others only have a calendar, you can raise a proforma, an invoice or a contract straight away. The client, service and amount are already in the database.
Booking is often not the end of the job. The client wants a proforma, a company wants an invoice, and some work needs a contract. Instead of doing that in another program, the document starts from the same client and the same service already on the appointment.
You send the proforma as a PDF to email from the panel. An invoice can go out as eInvoice (SEF) when you bill companies. Contracts have templates and a reminder before expiry. The module is in Full plans — scheduling still works without it.
